I just purchased the Otterbox commuter case or my Droid 2 and I have to say that I am more than satisfied. BTW, Skinomi has some of the best screen protectors on the market.

Thank you, Everybody does these reviews and you are the first to mention this issue. I want a leather case for my droid a855 but I fear that it will make the keyboard hard to access.

I never noticed any kind of problem typing with my snap-on gel cover. But then I have little fingers. I chose it since it felt like it would have the most impact protection and I've had it on there since day one.

I have the Verizon snap-on gel cover and it does indeed make accessing the top row of keys difficult. I'll see if the store will let me exchange it for the Body Glove instead. Thanks for such a detailed comparison of all these cases--it is extremely helpful!

did any of those cases come with the bottom half? and also what do you recommend to clean the touch screen as it can become dirty with fingerprints ?

Great advice. I had the Verizon Snap-On Gel Cover (MOTDRD2SILB), and even though I liked the case, it did impair my use of the top row of the keyboard to the extent that I decided NOT to use it. I ended up trying the RocketFish Snap-On Hardcover Shell, and it worked much better. I now find that I can keep on the snap-on and use the Verizon Leather Pouch (MOTA855CAS) at the same time, which is exactly what I was looking for....
