this is fantastic, I can feel the burn!! haha, quick question .. do I just do this once a day? or do I do it morning and night or even more?? please help! also if I do this everyday, eat well, plenty of water and walk for 30 minutes everyday. will I loose the weight? I need to by 3 months:) someone please reply! xx
