I was an atheist before watching this amazing video. However, after watching the obviously irreducibly complex processes shown, there's now no doubt in my mind that Allah exists. Thank you Discovery Institute for enabling me to discover and believe in Allah.

@124mun I suggest you read further into the topics of microbiology, biology, chemistry, and physics. You might discover that we are, in many ways, nothing more than complex/moving rocks that interact with their environment. There is no will behind evolution. Will is nothing more than a human concept. Maybe you should also delve into psychology to discover how concepts are born in the human mind from nothing more than a few sodium and potassium transfers here and there.

Truly One of The Proofs of God's Existence... How could've all these highly complicated organelles form by themselves and then function accordingly?We can come up with the latest technologies ever, but we can never even in a thousand years make something like this.Evolution could've taken place overtime, only by God's Will.If we look deeply into the universe, we can see this aswell. You can find proofs everywhere only if you try to with an open mind and heart. Thanks for reading!

@mattakudesu You really need to understand that evolution is a theory, meaning it has been tested and is backed up by solid scientific evidence. Stop calling it a fact. All I am really trying to tell you is to know what you are arguing for, using the correct terms, or you'll look incompetent in the eyes of people that know the subject. I repeat, you cannot state evolution as fact, because it is simply a theory. Am I saying it is false? No, but I don't like when people argue it wrong

@OnlyBlix so are you saying that evolution is not true? its either true or false. if its not true, prove to me its false. i can find scores of information that will show you indeed that evolution is a proven fact.

@mattakudesu I am specifically talking about the word theory in regards to science. I don't know of any professor that would back you up with your idea of what a theory is. It is backed up by evidence, not "facts." This goes back to the basics of the scientific theory, which states that a hypothesis, if backed up by the experiment, is simply deemed supported/correct, and nothing more. You are just agreeing with the conclusion, but in reality it is not true. Use a syllogism and see.

@OnlyBlix you do realize that the word theory in science means something completely different right? scientific theories are a collaboration of proven facts that all point to the same thing. we have many many facts that point to evolution, thats why its called the theory of evolution.

@rddaos Sure there is raddaos, for some people it is a a missing piece that completes them. Whether or not God exists does not matter, if the majority of people find peace believing it. For others that missing piece of science, and trying to understand the why and the how. Both science and God have been the cause of wonderful and horrible things, so it is not wise to dismiss the need of either of them. |
