@RapIsToday I've just gotta work on my hip bone, I had it all perfect, on concrete and everything, but I doubted my technique and am learning a better way. Problem is I always hit my hip bone and I think I did something pretty bad to it because I waited like 2 weeks but it still somewhat hurts, so make sure you get it right, and dont rush into it.

@krreiniger149 what ? you callin me weak? nah jk im pretty skinny. i'll continue to work out, but ive been doing them more on wood and i eventually got the hang of it.

@RapIsToday To help with hitting your spine, you need to build up more muscle in your back and make sure your not rolling straight, your shoulder you have to make sure you roll onto your shoulder, the back of your shoulder.
