In conclusion Jason sucks. What substance is there to find in a character that doesn't even speak. His only remote character trait is his hatred for dumb teenagers. Though that's not enough to make a good character, it's good enough to make a bad slasher. Also this doesn't pertain to Jason, all slashers suck. Jason just happens to be at the bottom of the barrel. Psycho was a good slasher, probably the only good one. Notice many slashers have been masked killers that did nothing whatsoever.

Do you mind elaborating on that statement? Jason doesn't "rock" in fact, he sucks. He's a bland one dimensional character. Real characters require talent to act as. The actors who play Jason don't have to do anything other then walk around swinging a machete. They don't even get any lines. Do you ever see an actor who played as Jason in a non-Jason movie? No, because all the past actors didn't have any talent, that's why they were in Jason movies. Because they didn't have to do anything.
