@chazzergamer no. the speed force gives you the power "speed control" Traveling at any speed one believes they can move at. that is what flash is doing here but wally west don't have the control to do it whitot almost killing himself.

@melvinmaverick i think it would go somthing like this regular sonic vs the flash no chance flash wins super sonic vs flash neutral and it would be a good battle to see Hypersonic vs the flash is one i think sonic would win because hyper sonics maximum valocity is i think of imagination he can imagine any speed and then travel it so i think sonic has to be pushed to the edge to beat the flash that is what i think anyway feel free to argue or whatever :)

@xSS4x it is somthing me and my friend randomly thought up we have those random diffrent universe fights like batman vs jak and dexter and blaze the cat vs that "flame on"guy from Fantastic 4 ( cant remember name :Plol)
