im curious to see if you do less than you can do standing also.
MrFREETHESLAVES (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
yeah i think fresh i can do 150x7 kneeling clean and rpess, and 135x1 on the kneeling squats if i didnt do all the other sets.doing the clean and press on that position makes it so much harder. powercleaning the weight using no legs just arms is hard haahah.OH AND NOW YOU ARE going to regret commenting because ichallenge you to all i have done here MUWAHAAHAHAHAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!kneeling squats, and kneeling clean and press.

Those kneeling squats look fun to try and nice work on the clean presses. Almost pushing your body weight above your head for reps.

my legs are messed up from squats i used to go ass to the floor sand now some area around my knees hurts even though i cut squats out while ago.then i tried wide below parallel squats and my hips hurts. ive done 325 parallel, and for me thats good enough. im not a huge fan.i have plenty of time to go back! yeah i said in the description bretzzer inspired me. last time i did these i only could do 45x1, so i was pleased with 120. i might have 135 in me.

imo, cutting out squats is a big mistake. just because you are not great on them doesnt mean take them out, you should be doing them more.. anyway i like the jump squats, but no way are they better than regular squats.. would imagin they are good for oly lifters trying to improve there power on squat part of the clean. also take a look at bretzzer doing these hes incredible on them. 200 lbs or some shit if i remember right

I mean in general. It could be another factor in why you have some strong days, some weak days. especially on bench. that un-evenness (is that a word? lol) could really mess up your negative and put you in an awkward position. plus, I think having it bending so much naturally would put more stress on your shoulders, and therefore hit your sticking point easier. idk though
