Those programs are only in few channels and in a few countries in the Muslim world. Yes, it is only a minority, sorry. I lived in a Muslim country, I have nephews and nieces who watch arabic kid's programs on TV, and unless you want to argue that Tom and Jerry, or whatever car race cartoon is a call to terrorism, this is propaganda. I personally never saw a channel like that. I'm not saying it doesn't exist, Im saying it's rare.
