@chucatawaful there were juke boxes i lived in an abandoned buidling with punks who made their own music in 1981 i like the technology but there was some undefined magic about the 80s very naive time reagan gave you permission to be greedy and apathetic and everyone just had a good time once the economy improved by 1985, it was the beginning of home computers and boom boxes when did they invent cds? we were very happy with what we had, and loved not having survalance cameras everywhere

@mrpartietime Yeah... I'm sure it sucks having all the music you could ever want at your fingertips as opposed to living even just 30 years ago where you could only listen to what you had access to and paid for.... What a bummer right?

@cbl1948 For one, your point is ridiculously invalid. Every generation sees their children as incompetent morons who know nothing of value. All you are doing is succumbing to the bias of those who have seen radically different times. You may not like teenagers' music, or their attitude, or their priorities, but they are not morons.
