Of course you "can" but I "can" also pronounce Mega Man's name as Throttlecakes. We'd both look equally stupid. The truth is that it's never too late to stop sounding like a fool.

@Hotobu You super late to the party. I pronounce Bass like that because I can. Been pronouncing it like that since Mega Man 7 and it's too late to stop now.

You know... this has to be said. Bass's name is *not pronounced like the fish!* You'd think this would be pretty easy to figure out seeing as his dog's name is TREBLE! and then there are the countless musical references to music in the Japanese names. Rock, Roll, Blues, etc.
