For those saying "ZOMG what if a tsunami comes"... Without risk you cannot succeed. Did the USA stop building after they were hit by the hurricanes? Did Japan stop simply evacuate after the earthquakes? Obviously people have to take in the natural factors but that wouldn't stop them from achieving 'the best'. Furthermore, UAE is really far from any fault lines so its highly unlikely that an earthquake thats big enough to cause a tsunami will reach it.Thank you.
