@cloudxtraining are there any vids to show how fast wudang guys are? for what i know Lee was the fastest ever, no questions aked, No one has ever reached his striking speed till now, but now 2 guys have almost the same speed as him and they are "tommy carruthers" and "sifu morten". Till now not even shaolin monks arnts as fast as bruce lee and i bet lee could beat monks

@mhaosung mostly from what i know its practice to cultivate and strgnthen your body .

@intelsage err is there any vid of them training to fight/spar? i dont coz i dont there is, if u find 1 pls tell me. Coz all i see is how they train thats all but never trained for spar=) peace
