Great video you are very informed If I may add,can you tell me something more about some Fat15Cure?Some guy at the gym told me that he used it and build some serious mass and get his six packs at the same time.

@MrYosef425 No you aren't.. You will loose your belly fat with a lot of running or other (aerobic excersises) and a proper diet. :)

Hello!, I just want to inform everybody that I have been and am still going through Ryan Reynold`s body training and dieting training for what he did for his movie role in this film, every single aspect and detail *EXCEPT FOR THE SHRINK WRAP EFFECT* and I just want to inform everybody that i would be more than willing to help any of you out!. I`m currently 3/5 months into the training and I HAVE TO SAY *I`m DEFINITELY impressed with my results physically / appearance of my body!*.....
