Actually, what really happened, when the Kinect was still in the prototype phase aka Project Natal, it originally had an onboard processor which allowed for the more complex features such as scanning in real time. But it was expensive to manufacture at the time. So to keep costs down they had to ditch the onboard processor. But by that time, it was too late to just withdraw all the statements they made about Kinects features. That's why I'm waiting for Kinect 2.0 :)

why do microsoft lie about this just for sales? I bought Kinect just for this game and what do I get? crap. Also, kinect dosent have any games that can scan ANYTHING so it just makes me beleive that it was all a hoax to for marketing. Thanks Micro$oft, thanks for lying to me, again.

the technology that went into this will be in fable 4 and future xbox 720 titles. The tech is still alive although the milo is a tech demo , the technology it uses is very impressive.
