@Dorokill The original trilogy weren't action films. They are categorized as space opera, and there's nothing wrong with that. Right up there with space westerns in my opinion.

@SelasSolaris the only reason i like the prequels is because the lightsaber fights were actually epic to watch, how many lightsaber duels were there in the original trilogy?

@Atreas40000 I wouldn't say it's one of the worst, far from it, but I agree that childish humour, like when the battledroids talk or when Anakin blows up an entire space station makes it seem more childish, but then this also occured in the original trilogy between R2 and 3PO, though to a lesser extent. Without Darth Maul and Obi Wan + Qui Gon, I think it would have been a bad movie, but they saved it in my opinion.

@SelasSolaris the phantom menace is one of the worst sci-fi movies of all time.It's like it's made for pre-school kids... The other 2 are pretty good.
