@Simonechisena Agree, I like this version better than the earlier with Dame Joan because, it seemed to me, that the voices did not "blend" well and the voice heard over all the others was Dame Joan's. A beautiful voice--no doubt, but too overpowering in that quartet--for my taste. Of course, this quartet had the advantage of recording this aria in studio where they could "redo" any mistakes, which in the version with Dame Joan it was recorded live on stage--no do-overs!--lol
