HORRIBLE movie, The "nurse" he was seeing had no problems with him flying, other than he may get killed. Werner Voss was not a "close friend" Manfred had none, he was shot down by a rear gunner, he suffered wounds to his head, personality changed after that according to accounts, he never met Roy Brown! The now revised history is an aussie AA gun killed him. Never looked at fighting as a "sporting event". Most aces shot down the enemy with no warning, and the Red Baron was a master at it

@LeventNimet Thats right. Jewish officers were also enlisted in the wehrmacht, but had to leave and were hunted, because of the nazis.

@LeventNimet The interesting thing is that most persons in the movie are actual historical persons, but the Jewish pilot in the movie is fictional. The historical person Hermann Göring is not in the movie on the other hand. He was there at the time and place in history, but the camera seems to have missed him. I wonder why ;-)

GIRLS GIRLS! first of all they were no nazy germany in ww1 second the crown prins of austria - ungern were murdered in a town called sarajevo by a serbien nationalist groupe called The black hand and A-U wanted go in to serbien to look for the murders but they refuged and so they went to war the rest jump in because they were allies with eachother russia-france-great britanagainstAU-germany-russia and sry for my english its mixed up with some swedish if ur not sure google it :D
