@kesomox You were the one to put the "welfare dependency" priority into my mouth. I merely referenced welfare as one among many factors and problems. Even so, I criticized the excessive dolling out of welfare and other support at least as much as those receiving it.You can't say that race wouldn't come into an objective discussion, when FACTUALLY, there are vast differences in status in places like the USA (even world). It's fair and objective to address WHY.

"And I am right." lol best interview ending ever
kesomox (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
@RonQE How is that related to welfare or on topic?... you comment was an attack on blacks people for welfare dependency, severe poverty and "milking the system". According to you it is due to culture, although most blacks are not like this. Now you are just giving your own view on black people, what factual evidence do your claims have? It's all off topic. I not blaming... just accusing you of it... if your views were objective race would not come into it.

Africa leaders & African citizen should ban IMF & World Banks from giving us loans & giving donation, what we want from Western nation are good customers & stop making policy for Africa.
RonQE (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
@kesomox By the way, your propensity to blame everything on "racial bias" or "racism" is showing ;-)
RonQE (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
@kesomox Because the so-called "black culture" holds black people back in far more ways than just being on welfare.Living in a ghetto, in poverty, is also a problem. Or getting out of the ghetto and still behaving "ghetto" is also a problem. Blaming whites for all the woes which befall them is also a problem. All these things hold back black people, more than white people, from getting ahead in life.
kesomox (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
@RonQE "The current culture of most blacks is not conducive to their betterment." Since the problem is the culture and yet most blacks are on not on welfare why is there a need to simply call blacks out? Why could this not simply not be a parallel to the general cluster of people that are on welfare. Again your racial bias is starting to show. Also it is likely the issues are somewhat in line. The poor do not have the same exposure and opportunities as the middle/upper class
RonQE (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
@kesomox I never claimed that most blacks are on welfare. That's your invention in order to try to CLAIM I have a "racial bias".You also oversimplify my statements, repeatedly. There's more to poverty that being coddled to, but it doesn't help the situation, either. There is a severely damaged culture, too, at work. The issues facing African nations are another issue. My original comment was a parallel, but that doesn't make the issues the same.
kesomox (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
@RonQE Most blacks are not on welfare again your racial bias is starting to show like I said. Rather presumptuous to assume the socioeconomic disadvantages of the poor come down to being coddled to. If you knew about her perspective you would know the economic issues in Africa due to aid are not societal but administrative, the governments don't foster economic activity and create opportunities because their main source of income is not from the people but from aid.
RonQE (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
@kesomox Anyway, the study is more one of how coddling a group of people often causes them to learn to fail. That has happened, primarily, to blacks, because of the racial past, but that doesn't mean it couldn't have just as easily been people of any color. |
