why boil and then fry? unless the rice are getting spoil? Right?..to save it..you have to fried it..to kill the bacteria. But if roast the rice and then boil it with soup it become com tay..(actually Middle East/Indian in origin-pilaf)Many flavor of soup make it interesting. Anyone ever tried to boil it with left over pho? You should...or for efficiency..with vegetables, and many other things you usually boil. Steam and less oil or more healthy or less stinky house..ahahaha.

@lucirz cha? is "pasted meat" (it could be fish or shrimp too), however the key word is "pasted".

At 1:05 you said Canola Oil is a blend of Olive Oil and Corn Oil? I don't think so... That's not what I learned... "Canola is one of two cultivars of rapeseed or Brassica campestris. Their seeds are used to produce edible oil that is fit for human consumption because it has lower levels of erucic acid than traditional rapeseed oils."

well, that's one of those things where u don't have to translate. just say cha, u know like taco, pizza, sushi. if u want to describe it, its like kind of a really thick sausage made out of fish, pork, etc. some people call it vietnamese ham, but its more like sausage. that sounds pretty lame though so i just call it cha. I hoped this helped and im sorry if it didn't.
