@dockdrumming One he missed was the human element: It's fun to watch comedians on YouTube but more entertaining to bring friends/dates to a show. Another is ELIMINATING the human element to create an abundance of cheap content. A Star Trek buff has seen every movie 5 times and wants something new, so for $5 the StarTrek web server generates a random script and renders the movie in real-time (no expensive actors). Similar to personalization, but emphasis on production efficiency.

Haven't watched it all yet but sounds to me like John Lily was right. The semiconductor consciousness is upon us. The global economy will evolve along with this because it will depend upon its survival. This is big brother make no mistake about it.
