The song used in this video is "ODM - Welcome to L.A. (Lakers Remix)." The song was made sometime between 2001 and 2002, when the Lakers already won the NBA championships twice in 2000 and 2001, hence why some of the players on the roster differ from those at present. Footage for this video comes from Game 3 of the 2008 NBA Finals between the Los Angeles Lakers and their archrival, the Boston Celtics (10th of June, 2008).
