Here is my recipe for whatever kimchi — a modified, modern but seriously delicious version of my moms old school magical formula. Very entertaining video. You do a tremendous job of promoting kimchee. I'm almost tempted to try it myself but I live in Hawaii so there's a good selection of kimchees at any of supermarkets or our ubiquitous Korean restaurants. Vacation out here and try a kimchee omelet for breakfast. :) aloha
