GUYS! I am a laser expert, and this is sadley fake. The screw is a POT, it's like the nob you turn to turn up the volume. If it is turned, it rasies the power given to the laser emmiter. The factory turns it up just right. If it is overturned it will shorten the laser emitters life from 10,000 hours to 3 minutes. When I was a laser noob I broke my laser... and no one stopped me from breaking their laser like I am now. Like this comment please to spread the knowlege.
