Jussi Jokinen, with help from Dennis Seidenberg and Joni Pitkanen, sets a NHL record for the latest regulation game-winning goal scored in Stanley Cup Playoff history with just 0.2 seconds (two-tenths of one second) remaining in game 4 of the first round of the 2009 Stanley Cup Playoffs between the New Jersey Devils (3) and the Carolina Hurricanes (6) played on April 21, 2009 at the RBC Center in Raleigh, NC. The significance of the goal was magnified considering the course of the game: Carolina dominated the first two periods and was leading 3-0 through the first 39 minutes of play, but New Jersey capitalized on some opportunities and battled back to tie up the game at 3. Jussi's record setting goal was the game winner and sent the loudest house in the NHL into a frenzy. This video is a compilation of player, coach, and media reaction to the wild goal. I can only assume that person meant to click Reply to another post, since the point you made with yours was quite obvious.

i dunno what you talking about, my comment was directed at devils fans who should see 'real interference' ala Niedermayer (Ducks) against Osgood (Wings) in game 3 of these stanley cup playoffs. So in essence I was agreeing with you and the rest of the ppl here that there was no interference, Brodeur cooked it up and Jussi scored a legitimate goal.

That wasn't enough interference, & it wasn't in the crease. What he did at the end was unacceptable.

sry bud, but read the rule about goalie interference. It is to protect the goalie from impeding or not being able to save the shot, and obviously this is not goalie interference. Oh and by the way if you wanna try and pull a "he got hit by jussi," he was outside the crease. Sorry but only the Devils fans think it was goalie interference. Oh and eh was outside the crease, that is not his ice to try and defend. Marty was just caught in the moment.

if devils fans want to see real interference look at Niedermayer bowling over Osgood in game 3. That should have been a no-goal.

@ 3.04 you can clearly see brodeur comes out of his crease for the ONLY reason to bump jokinen, NOT play the puck

You can bump someone who doesn't have the puck. Especially when that person runs into you when you aren't looking at them
