Ungodly effort. Amazing. And raw, especially! Much more impressive than the multi-ply lifters' "records", in my book. Not that I have issue with those who wish to go equipped, of course.

@mikesbbody nah im pretty sure the rules in the meet didnt require him to let it down slowly. looked like he had 50 more pounds in him on that lift

I think Stan is great! I mean his Squat was no doubt more than deep enough, his Bench looked easy, yes he dropped the deadlift but he did all the hard work maybe his grip gave out?
