The vast majority of Black people in the US are NOT middle-class, certainly not upper class. It's amazing how some people like to immediately discredit any brotha with something to say! It's so predictable..Maybe it has something to do with the years that it was illegal for blacks to be educated. Those days are over buddy...

I love how he knows nothing about the bill, most bills in government do the oppostie of what they are named. employers don't have to pay 6% of a new employee's salary for the first year. in low skill jobs like minimum wage jobs, employee's will be on a shorter leash because you can be fired with your boss realizing he can save on the next guy's pay. For new jobs, you don't think someone desperate for a job would mind taking $28,200 instead of $30,000 a year? 6% year wont create uneeded jobs

ALSO... putting off healthcare reform is an additional brake on new hires.

No; not "Black folks, specifically".POOR folks, specifiically. The vast majority of Black people in the U.S. are middle-class.A good number are even upper-class.He has a lot of gaul, talking like that.If any race, he should be saying "Native-Americans specifically".Native Americans have by far, the highest rate of poverty in the U.S. (24.2 % in 2008) Hispanics are second. He should visit a NA reservation, and see what poverty REALLY looks like.

benefits have been extended but it is not enough. We must invest in our infrastructure.Obama should've focused on jobs first not a quick fix and left healthcare alone.
