Ten years into the future, film makers finally devised ways for characters to not get a signal in a horror movie ... until all phones started having satellite features, which sent them right back to square one.Thirty years later, they finally got around that problem ... until all the pervasive cellphone use starting giving humans psychic powers, and they were back to square one again.

Wow, I forgot that they made cellphones that huge, even though I had one of those nokia bricks.

Logical answer : All killers carry signal jammers...

@guyman2111 Quarantine does not suck. The most overused plot cliche is running upstairs when should out. Why Youtube got rid of friend feature.

3:33 he's using it in the water. Doesn't work so just throw it in the water. LOL. Redundant, but funny.

In all fairness, some of those movies had had reasonable reasons why the phones had no coverage. Like in Quarantine (not defending the movie cause it sucked) the CDC probably had a jammer or something. Just saying...

@DonalLynchyou Perhaps they should blow up the cellular mast, or set up a jammer. To be fair, if you wanted to kill a bunch of people by leading them to an isolated spot, it would be most effective to choose one with no coverage. I guess people concerned about elaborate psychopathic killers should get satellite phones. |
