@Tobby99 You might get into the gym, but not sure how much lifting you'd be doing without your left arm...

His form is beautiful. Nicely done.

Truly beautiful front squats, in terms of depth and smoothness. I'm in awe of his strength.Interesting that his left elbow remains so low, yet he clearly has no problem handling 440lbs in the rack position! The only thing I have in common with this guy is those Inzer wrist wraps!

@Stuee6899 I have found some good info on Glenn Pendlay's site for front squatting. Some stretches to get the wrists flexible, etc. Best of luck to you.

@Stuee6899 The bar should rest on your shoulders/delts by bringing them forward with your scapula-if the bar rests on your clavicula that is a little uncomfortable at first but you get used to it-important is to keep your elbows up throughout the movement, the whole hand does not need to hold the bar-two fingers should be enough-a matter of wrist flexibilty-exercise even front squat without hand on the bar at all with light weight to find the right spot where the bar should rest

I attempted front squats for the first time today, nothing heavy as I need to get my form and technique right first. Where I went wrong straight away was I was actually holding the bar in my hands with my wrists bent backwards, very very uncomfortable as you can imagine. Basically what id like to know please is where the bar should sit. It looks like top of chest and arms, want to get it right so any help/advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance. Finally well done to the chap
