@sifu1979 Native apps don't need application cache , they aren't written in html.

Essentially what "Mojo" is, is a javascript library that allows you to interface with the Pre. If you don't know what that means, you are going to have to learn a few things before you start learning how to specifically programme on the pre. For example, HTML5, CSS and Javascript. If you have a good understanding of these, then you'll be able to start coding for the Pre.

I'm a foreigner and my english is not completely, err, fluent. But I think that You should, err, hire someone like the guys that do the videos, err, at learnitfirstDotCom, err, if you want to make your ideas come through, err, err, Really. The way you deliver things really matters, and is not easy for me.But I'm interested anyway and I may give it a try, but for now I'm tired. Thanks

In addition, having no programming experience might be an issue, as I noticed that the Palm Developer Web site and tutorials assume previous programming experience. Go to W3schools[dot]com and go to the JavaScript tutorial to start learning JavaScript since WebOS works with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

Thank you. I have an idea for an app I'd like to make but have no programming experience. Would you be able to point me in the right direction to get started learning and working on it?

Palm has publicly released their SDK so developers, like me, will start to make apps for it now. I am trying to make a game now.

People, when the iPhone first came out, it didn't have many apps, remember (years ago. not the new 3rd generation version). So, why the complaints about not many apps available for Palm Pre. Its only been out for about a month now. Plus, no OS5 apps will work 100% with the Palm Pre's WebOS. Its just like when Mac switched from the motorola processor to Intel based processors, they also had to redo their OS and new software had to be created to run on it (old software is no longer compatible)

No, Palm have told everyone not to make any more applications.Just think.
