It was a horrible call in the worst of times, but for 24 hours I felt pride in sports and in umpires and atheletes. These two gentlemen showed us that no matter what we are humans above all. My hats go off to both,

Also, kudos to Jim Joyce for admitting he messed up--a rarity these days. He fucked the call and feels terrible about it. I say this man has more value to me than anyone else in that world.
