@Stevenhmonteiro I am training bodybuilding for almost 10 years now. I sure know what discipline, dedication, hard training is. It is just, whatever you do in the gym or outside - naturally - you'll never look like Ronnie Coleman, Jay Cutler or any other professional bodybuilder. The same is with powerlifting. Whatever you do in the gym - no matter of training type, nutrition, supplementation - you'll never reach that level WITHOUT steroids.
