@arcticfox6428 Abby's fine. No character ruined the show. It's been a combination of things that's made it less interesting than it used to be. The main factor was new research showing that their old approach simply wasn't effective with kids anymore, partly because starting in the 90s they had something they'd never had before: competition. Blue's Clues, in many ways Sesame's opposite, changed everything. The entire media landscape changed around the show, and they had to adapt or sink.
