Meaning, they will nuke Europe.Iran, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and other are of course concerned because of the nuclear-, biological-, and chemical thread Israel poses with their arsenal. Therefore it is understandable that they want to protect themselfes by developing defensive nuclear capabilities.
