No it's a fact because it does have evidence in facts that support it.Your using Fact in the wrong way in that sentence, your saying that Facts are more certain on the hierarchy of labels. But the thing is that Facts = Theories, when you talk about certainty in science you must account for this.Being a theory isn't a bad thing and don't let any one tell you it is, just repeat what I said or come up with your own explanation.

one of thousand and more reason.. okay. have you heard about the Mitocondria EVE? serch for it. and do you know about the Big Bang theory? its not just a theory. because there are other facts found that the universe is consistently expending. this mean it has the starting point. if you have any scientific knowledge, you wouldnt be mocking God. all non scientific people just spiting all of other ignorant thoughts and words.. without scientific facts.. only doubts.. and stupidities.
