@harlow2wicked Try looking in the User Manual and follow the steps under Messaging to navigate using the numbers. Such as, to hit the "Menu" button, you wuold use "OK", then go from there based of the manual.

@WirelessZone yeah i just figured that out... would there be a way to go to a verizon store and have them delete your text messages for you?

@kristiedleo I am sorry to hear about the phone. I have researched this for you and you can only delete messages with the phone flipped open. Good luck!

do you know how to delete messages with the front screen? the inside key board and screen of my phone aren't working at all so i need to find a way to delete texts using the front.

@skittles8150 Yes you could go on YouTube with the phone's internet, You should probably get a data plan if you plan to go online with it, otherwise, the cost will sneak up on you.
