Simcity 3000 Unlimted-How to make money/sucessful city and or cities

i used only one cheat and you can find it at this link http://www.chaptercheats.com/c... what you must do is simple my way was to first open the cheat box which is these buttonsctrl,alt,shift,c thats it do it at the same time and then put let's make a deal then you get deals and thats how you get money and another very good code (not a code) go to power plants then exit out of the power plant then go to garbage plants then exit out again then go torewards/oppurtunites and exit out again then go to landmarks and you can see every building that you can get on this game.
