Mendelson is a beast. Some of the comments are stupid. I think believe him. I started powerflifting 2 years ago and understand what he means by sacrifice. You can't lift heavy and party heavy. It doesn't mix. I respect his committment to the sport. I'm in my first week of his routine. It is different, but challenging. I like it. Keep liftin' Scot.

Most athletes hide the fact that they use steroids. Wanna know why?Money. If their fans find out that their beloved players are all juiced up and that's how they're getting homeruns many will dislike them.Dislike = no tickets + no tickets = no million dollar checks for the players(should we say unfair game here)?Steroid use has big money behind it, it fuels players to overachieve and puts a substantial amount of risks and bargain to live for. Many lie and sell supplements.It's sad.
