"Parody is not an infringement of copyright!"It's always hilarious to see internet kids interpret law. This isn't a parody in the sense of that law. In order for it to be a parody the scene would have to be completely re-done with new actors, sets, etc. You can't just copy and paste copyrighted material that others worked to make and just add subtitles and call that a parody. It's infringement. Get over it.The case about giving free advertising, sure. To call it legal, though, is ignorant.
