I have never seen MDR other than photographs. I am so glad I was able to see a video with Kalyani and Kathanakudugulam songs. Made my day. Will watch this video several times over. Thanks for uploading this great piece.

Thank you so much. I have heard him on Radio and cassettes. Never once seen him performing. This one is the first time I am seeing him perform. A very rare video clipping. Thanks a million times. And, ha, yes, As someone rightly pointed out MDR is not for everyone!

MDRs Birana Brova is amazing!!MDR, starting at 3:50, repeats "pApa rahita..." thrice.. same sangathi but UKS makes us feel that they are three different... UKS out of the world!!
