@kurtisicak He also, in his suicide note, references his stomach pain. He had severe stomach issues but no doctor could pinpoint what the deal was. So he just used heroin like tylenol.

I'm pretty sure he killed himself as a result of being overwhelmed by heroin addiction. Shit's pretty serious, and he clearly had a really big problem with it.
