@adflwf Give it a rest mate; they weren't fighting on the frontline like men but fulfilled significant roles like nursing which undoubtedly saved lives and limbs. Do I think women in combat positions is idle and perhaps injurious in terms of outcome? Yes. But it's no reason someone can't or shouldn't thank the service of both men and women towards our great Country.

@ezzarob no women fought in vietnam, on any side, and today in afghanistan women are still not allowed in combat roles or the 'front line'
