@botswanky So you just want to shoot the guy who is driving the first car what about the multiple ones that are following it. Do you think that maybe they should just back off so that he can slow down, and then get him when he is in a safer environment for the general public? Which one has more chance of causing harm one or five? Next time look at the whole situation because people who can drive like that can and most cops can't guess who's probably safer.
