okay so i have a mytouch slide atm, and i got this mod when i had a g1, but now im trying to get it again, but every time i paste it onto the new effect_tick.ogg, the file doesn't replace it but it just disappears altogether. can you help please =)

You don't have to reboot afterwards. Just go to settings sound and click audible sounds on and off and on again
