@MrSandiBottom My best advice is to do what I did. Look for someone with the body type you wish to have, then find out what they did to get it.

Sometimes I don't understand pecs....I'm 5'7 and weigh 150 lb...and my pecs are significantly smaller than his...but im only 15lb's behind him on dumbell bench. I can do 85's 10 times not just 8. I'll probably be at 100's by the end of the month but my pecs are SMALL, they are there but damn. You'd think this guy was putting up like 140's on dumbells.

@MrSandiBottom Yeh that's the whole point in working out! everyone has a different body that responds to different training and when most people say heavy weight they mean like 3-6 reps but it is important to change you workout's every now and then to shock your body, videos like this are just to help give you ideas and try out new things its your body and you have to find out how it works weights/diet and cardio.

@MrSandiBottom same here. I watch one video - do small reps with heavy weight - another video do small weight with 1,000,000 reps . Like wtf
