@universeiswise You obviously don't know much about good music! And there wouldn't be a court case if the 70s band have stopped recording and performing. Fields have dissolved, but not for the reasons you have stated but because they were underpromoted. If you don't like this track, try listening to 'Charming the Flames', and I defy you to say that that one is rubbish. Guy Garvey loved it, and that's good enough for me!

I'm afraid they have split up. Nick plays in Dan Black's band. Jamie is into writing poetry, Matt has joined Does It Offend You, Yeah!, Thorun went back home and I've no idea what Henry is up to.A 2nd album was recorded ' Hollow Mountain', but Atlantic refused to release it. The band couldn't afford to buy the rights.

Fields should re- form, the group was too good to give up its music. They just need to find the right indie label. There are still Fields fans all over the world ,they just need some exposure.
