I love Fred Williamson when he's in front of the camera. But when he steps behind it to direct? Holy crap, look out. I've already covered his last film, Vegas Vampires, in exhaustive detail. But Mean Johnny Barrows was his first effort. Maybe he peaked somewhere in the middle?And before you ask, yes, the music is different. It's from the film. Lol, I found this movie along with some other blacksploitation movies for a $1 at Walmart. It's like they didn't even try to remaster this trash. I mean, what do you expect for a $1? Literally the worst movie I have ever seen. And "Mean Johnny" wasn't even mean either.
